On July 24, the Contra Costa Crisis Center will host an open house from 3:00 -6:00 p.m. Of course, you are invited.
This is your opportunity to see firsthand what makes Contra Costa Crisis Center unique. Enjoy tasty bites and refreshing drinks as you tour the center and get to know more about the Crisis Center and what they do. Spend quality time with the Board of Directors and staff as they answer questions.
You will learn about vital programs such as the 988 Crisis and Suicide Prevention,
Help Me Grow, Grief Counseling Service and 211 Social Services and Resources.
The newest pilot program, Contra Costa Services Network (CCSN) extends the capabilities of Contra Costa’s 211 resource system directly to service providers throughout the County.
You will see beautiful pieces from our friends at ARTCCC (Arts Contra Costa County), a grassroots service and advocacy arts organization whose top priority is an equitable and sustainable arts organization for Contra Costa County. They connect the Latinx artist communities of Contra Costa County through public artwork, community celebrations, and exhibitions. Works shown at the event will include art by Jesse Hernandez and Richard Muro Salazar.
You must RSVP to attend. Scan the QR or this link, https://contra-costa-crisis-center.betterworld.org/events/contra-costa-crisis-center-open.
The event is free, but donations are requested of $20 or more to support their mission. Your contributions will help the most vulnerable populations in Contra Costa County during times of crisis.
Contra Costa Crisis Center is located at 307 Lennon Ln, Walnut Creek. They look forward to seeing you there.
