
The Clayton Community Library Foundation (CCLF) will hold its spring book sale on Friday, May 16, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. (for members only and memberships are available at the door), Saturday, May 17, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 18, 12 noon to 2:00 p.m. (half-price book sale), then 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., only $5.00 per bag.
All proceeds from the book sales go directly to purchasing new books and other reading materials as well as supporting programs for the library.
Volunteers are welcome and needed for the book sale to help sorting, transporting books from storage to the library, and during the book sale itself from May 12 to May 19. Or, leave a note with your name, phone and email address at the library to be put in the CCLF “mailbox” there and someone will contact you.
If you would like to become a member, the form can be downloaded from the website or picked up at the library. Completed form and payment can be left there. General tax -deductible donations may be left at the library or mailed to Clayton Community Library Foundation, P.O. Box 182, Clayton CA 94517.
